We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Note: Lightweight items such as individual video games may ship via Lettermail with no tracking.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the U.S.A Only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to any other country. Orders are only accepted from and delivered from Canada.
Tracking Your Order
If your shipping method includes tracking, it will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Lettermail orders do not include tracking.
