Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition.

Sealed products must remain unopened.

A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital downloads (game codes, software, etc.)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 0–5 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for high-value items.
